Why do we dream?

Have you ever wondered Why we dream?


Have you ever wondered why we dream, or don’t move when we are dreaming?
Or what’s going in our brain while we sleep. Well this is why we dream. The scientific study of dreaming is called oneriology in words *dream*. And for most of history,It didn’t really exists,because you can’t hold a dream.


 It’s difficult to measure a dream,you can’t taste it. You can’t see other people’s dream and if you ask them to tell you what they dreamt of, The results are almost unreliable.  In fact,it’s estimated that we forget 95 percent of the dreams we have.
DId you know that when someone is asleep and if you watch them,there eyes are moving like crazy.  What happens if I open my sister/brother eyes,while they are sleeping? You guess and i’ll tell you after! Ok so ……..


When we dream we dream of oh I can fly to wherever I  want or, I wanna, I can have a tea party with the queen.
Now the real question is why do we dream Our brain is creating a picture in our mind from our memories that we have, it’s like throwing out old memories and grabbing new memories and putting it into a new dream But you can’t control it.
Sometimes people can control their dream this is called illusive dreaming.
Illusive dreaming is illusive so they can control their own dream.

When some people have nightmares and if you look at their eyes You can see their eyes moving crazy. This is called REM sleep Rapid eye movement.  Why does this happens? A nightmare is not a dream Your brain gets mixed up sometimes with your memories and this is where your fears come from. People get afraid of it . So nightmares are way different to dreams. Nightmares people still think that nightmares are dreams, when they are not.
 

Thursday FOA

Yesterday we had performing arts and we are playing the lion king. I am timon and my best friend it pumba. Mrs. Clark sent me and Nathan too a room. To practice our lines. We had a run through and I was kinda nervous but I had fun while it lasted. We learnt a dance too go with Hakuna Matata and I have lots of things too work on. Also the lycris of Hakuna Matata I was surprised my cousin knew the whole song...

Wednesday FOA

Two days ago we had festival of  arts I'm going n performing arts and we are doing the lion king I got too change my character too  timon. My character that I was before was sarafina Nalas mum. I was very excited about this. That I got too play timon from the lion king. I had too go outside and learn the lines after that I was practicing all the time. I don't really know much of the lines but I know I'm getting there.
